Krystee, I have a Teak laminate and I LOVE IT. It is not form Lumber Liquidators but another company.
I can tell you from my own experience that the average person cannot tell its a laminate and oh my goodness so easy to care for.
My suggestion is if you have a concrete subfloor get the sound cushion, it will have with the echo and noise when you are walking on it.
