I think, if I am not wrong, KY is cheaper cost than Georgia. I know I have gone to KY or Carolinas and things are a lot cheaper since it is harder to find the higher paying jobs, thus housing and cost of living is chaper. I have gone to even the Wal-Marts through my travels and even noticed their prices are different depending on where you live. I know NY city has higher prices, but not sure on the outer areas.
