Let's say a dishonest person finds the dog, and doesn't vet it until it is totally sick, maybe the vet will scan. HOWEVER, not all vets will scan unless you ask them to, which a dishonest person would not do.  what to do then? But I have mine chipped just for the extra bit of safety. so, what am I saying?
