How old is Bella ? Just a thought here, but I have seen teeth cause these symptoms. If she's teething the ears often do silly things and sometimes they vomit because they don't handle pain well. Has your vet checked her teeth ? Oh , Just went back and saw that she is 16 wks so maybe it's her teeth.
