My DH installed ours and believe me if he can do it ANYONE can do it. Seriously it's very simple , all you do is cut a lay. It fits together like a puzzle and is actually kind of fun to lay, I helped. Heres a warning though. They are scratch resistent but not nick resistent. My shep mix dropped her nylabone and it put a big nick in it.
