My dog used to love small children. When he would see them he would get all excited wanted to give them kisses and loved to be petted by them. One day I was taking him for a walk and I stopped to talk to a neighbor who had small children. The neighbor asked if he was friendly and I said yes. He was acting okay, and a few minutes later he was growling a little and doing his anxiety bark. He now does this every time he is near a small child. I do not know what happened to change his behavior, and I am not sure what to do. I don't want him snapping and biting a small child. Any help in this matter will be much appreciated.
