I'm not sure about banning someone for saying it - the first time - but I definitely think that they should be suspended. Saying something like that is very distressing. And honestly, ya just don't know what people will do anymore. It's inappropriate to say and even worse for some young person to read.
I know that it was said in a heated thread but that was wrong.
