try a good leather collar the round ones not the flat ones my chi mix and my moms chi are both collar chewers and the leather seems to have stopped them if you have to put bitter spray on the collar we did that with Gatsby and in one bite it worked
I would also like to say if i am not home i take off Gatsbys collar and harness i have heard too many horror stories about dogs dying because thear collar or harness was caught on the crate
