As long as you walk them on a harness, it's fine. I prefer Jackson to be wearing a collar w/ tags at all times because if he ever were to get out, I'd want him to be tagged with info, plus he's microchipped.

Oh, ok...to each their own. The op did not specify wearing a collar sometimes, and a harness other times. I guess if you have the risk of your dog getting out, then you have to do something. We don't have that risk, thank God.
