As a manager of a very upscale dog friendly hotel I can promise you that some people will complain about anything. Some even seek out inperfections in order to get a discount on their hotel room. As a manager I am the person they want to talk to (yell at) and the one that needs to make them feel like the most important person in the world becuase they are paying alot of money! (half price promotion) to stay at this hotel....
I have even been asked to go home and change becuase what I was wearing was too depressing (a black buisness skirt suit).
"I REQUESTED PURPLE NAPKINS WITH MY BREAKFAST! I NEED PURPLE NAPKINS, I SHOULD *picks up vase and waves it at me*... JUST GET OUT OF MY SIGHT"
*sigh* Oh well, grit and grin, right?
