They will mostly listen to who the voters are in the state but I still signed it to help send a message. This whole thing is wacked and we have all seen it happen time and time again. The dogs that were "rescued" returned to the horrible conditions they lived in because they are property. THE LAWS HAVE TO BE CHANGED!!!!!!
