I will PM Nancy and see if we can get this out to all of the members of YAP tomorrow. Lisa Madigan is great! I love her! I do think the women that you are talking about are the same ones that were in trouble a few years back. I remember when it happened the PAWS by my house had so much help with all of the Yorkies and other dogs that came in. It was just horrible! They need the book thrown at them for sure! If I was the one doing the throwing it wouldn't be pretty!
