You most certainly DON'T need to be a vegan or vegetarian to be healthy.
I'm by no means at the weight I want to be at (I probably need to lose about 20lbs) but I don't believe being vegan makes ANY one healthier, in fact, I think quite the opposite. I believe we need meat. But that's a whole 'nother discussion.
