my dog walker was walking Gatsby and the Velcro on his year and 1 month old harness gave way and left him running free at the dog park she quickly scooped him up and put him in the car (which she can see from anywhere on the small side of the park,and it was a cool day) let the other dogs(all ours) run for another 15 min and come home well on the way she stopped at the pet store and grabbed Gatsby a new harness i just ordered a puppia from my pet store but it was too small so i sent it back well she bought one that looked just the same but it dose not adjust in the neck and the d-ring is up by his neck dose anyone thing it will cause to much pressure on his throat i have only had one harness before so i dont know if it will be safe to pull at his neck like that other then the non-adjustable neck it looks just like a puppia harness what do you think
