I understand what you are saying, I think it's great you lost the weight and I know it feels great.
But you need to understand this is only temporary, you can't live on 500 calories a day, it's not healthy .
You will gain it back, the only sure way is a change of eating habits and exercise . I don't mean to sound like your accomplishment isn't a big deal it is, but the reality of it is, it isn't safe and eventually you will come to see this.
