500 calories?

your body is in starvation mode, and although you're losing weight now? you will put it back on. Your body can not live on 500 calories a day no matter what "supplement" you are adding to it. A quick fix for those that last few pounds is a no carb diet, but even then- it should be diet/nutitrionist/trainer monitored and that's only good for about 1-2 weeks. It's not healthy to do it longer than that.

You can lose weight eating healthy and exercising the old fashioned way. A healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week. Maybe 3-5 the first week if you have a bit more to lose, but it's water weight you're losing anyway and it won't be that way every week.

Your body needs fuel to survive, and that's definitely more than 500 calories a day.

this diet scares me. I do no recommend anyone to do it.
