They also are more likely to develop cancer if they have this...it is called cryptorchidism. It is kind of hit and miss surgery if they cannot palpate it...they actually have to go in and hunt for it.

To the OP: I hope you will make sure that he is going to someone who will neuter him. Some people would breed him anyway.
