LOL...hey, OJ was found innocent too, remember? And the verdict is still out on him.
Ruling in someone's favor doesn't ensure they are innocent, it just means there wasn't enough evidence to rule against them.
Sorry, but IMO, this doesn't "prove" anything as far as whether or not this breeder is ethical.
