I'm sorry but that neighbor sounds like a very odd person. That's like walking up to a smoker and saying "Hey! if God meant for you to smoke...He would have created a chimney coming right out the top of your head". So obnoxious. It's nobody's business. (unless, of course, they want to brag, brag, brag, about our beautiful darling's).
