Some have more trouble than others. Do pretty much the same thing you do for babies.
Freeze a wet wash cloth and let her chew on it for a bit if you think she's miserable. Kacee was miserable when she was teething. She looked so pitiful sometimes. You can give them ice cubes to chew on. I played tug of war with Kacee and her rope toy a lot. I was trying to help them come out faster.
