Your puppies are old enough for solid food. I would just start by letting them eat softened dry puppy food or ground up dry puppy food. I would worry about them choking if the hard food is too big of a kibble for them.
I always wean my pups on the finely ground up dry puppy food. You can also add a little canned Pedigree Lamb and Rice puppy food.
