Hmmm? What exactly do you mean by "he seems agitated as though he is in pain". Could you possibly give a few more details? My 2 males are neutered and they were back to their normal selves within a day or two and the vet didn't prescribe pain meds for them either. Please keep us updated on how the little guy is doing.
