We are so sorry to hear about your baby. You can send the tissue samples and blood work to a lab. Ask you vet what lab they use, or contact the animal control they might have a number for you. I know the University of TN, Vet school has the equipment for testing. I would definitly find some place though, especially if your lawn was treated just days prior. The chemicals couls have been absorbed through her feet, or if she picked anything up off the ground. The liver is her filter to things and if it was over loaded than it can become enlarged. Its ashame that your vet doesn't have the equipment to screen the blood for a chemical analysis. Please let us know what you find out. You are in our prayers.
