I have a cotton coated yorkie his name is rain i will post pictures of him soon, but for his coat i cut it to where its hangs about 3 in from his body but i leave his face an head a little longer, and i wash him and condition him very well after a bath i blow dry him with a round brush which lays the hair down beside him but as far as him looking like a sliky good luck you will damage his hair more then any thing, there not ment to look smooth they have more texture then the others.
