I am having problems with my little puppy. She is still urinating in her crate. How do i potty train her if she doesn't even hold it when shes in her crate? She does pee on her pad when I take her out but she doesn't poop on there. Does that make crate training a method that I can't even use to housebreak her? Any advice would really help. She doesn't cry or make any noises when she needs to go like my German Shepherd. He goes crazy when he needs to pee and we wait a little too long before we let him out.
