Dogs and people, totally different.
When a male is "fixed", his testicles are completely removed, they don't have the hormones anymore which make the penis erect, do that to a man and he will not have an erection.. PERIOD..
When they spay a female, ALL of her female organs are removed. ovaries, uterus, etc. So there is also not hormones pumping through her body and no desire to mate. Dogs mate for offspring ONLY, not for the desire to have sex like humans.
I am in awe of the fact you don't know the basics of biology..
