I'm an IT person and I can tell you it's probably low on system resources such as cpu, or memory. If the owners are hosting the site on there own servers, probably adding more servers or adding more resources to the existing server can fix it. more than likely they are using a web hosting company service. If that's the case, they probably are sharing resources with hundreds of other sites. It' either that or there was change made to the site like an update that maybe causing the slowness |
