 silly question, advice needed
What type of fabric do you think a real life superhero would use for his or her cape? I'm serious. I'm making a power girl costume for a client and am stuck on what fabric to use on the cape. I do high end stuff, so no shiny lycra stuff. I was thinking velvet. Would a superhero have a velvet cape? This is an old school character, so no leather batman type stuff.
any ideas?
