I am curious about this because I think I suffer from sleep apnea. I am always tired and sometimes I could very easily fall asleep at my desk at work. I was thinking that I could have have narcolepsy? (self-diagnosing). I just get soooo sleepy during the day even if I go to bed at 11 pmish and sleep til 6 a.m.
My mil had a cpat machine, I don't think I could do that though. Curious, is it expensive to get testing done and how does one go about it? |
