I typically rotate when we finish up the bag. Once they finish up the Primal Raw, we buy Stella & Chewy's the next time. My girls were already eating a kibble that is close to raw (Evo), and I can't remember for sure but I think I just gave them half kibble and then one nugget (partial serving for them) when we first introduced the raw. I didn't mix the food more than one or two times though. I'm not sure how sensitive your baby's stomach is. I know some dogs seem to love raw and others just don't take to it, more the former than the later though.
