 MEET ROWDY - artierae's Aussie Cattle Dog
I'm posting this picture for artierae (Arti) who I happen to think is just awesome - at 74 she is doing so great posting on this site and I wanted everyone to see her little family -

This is my 11 yr. 11mo. old Australian Cattle Dog nose to nose with one of Suz puppies. It is an older picture, and I can't remember which puppy is it, but they all seem to love him! And he them!
When I first got him he acted like he wanted to kill every other dog in the world. Then Sue (Suz) got Ginger at about 8 or 10 weeks and when they finally became acquainted Rowdy fell in love. He never played when I first got him, but now he likes to play with the puppies. They learn early on that they can climb up on his back as a step up to the couch. And it seems there is at least one out of every litter that likes to get on his back and take a nap. |
