I'm so excited!! After you two settle in, we'll have to set a play date!! I feel like I'm getting a new puppy too.
Even though she's not a baby, I would suggest you still have an ex-pen handy. Bring with you her favorite blanket and toys, and have those in the ex-pen. It'll be helpful as she'll have something she knows is hers in a house that is new to her. Some dogs don't need comfort items, as they bond super quick to their new family, but it's better to be prepared. CONGRATS!!!!
