Titering is blood testing to show antibody level. A low parvo or distemper titer means that the antibody level is low (this is humoral immunity); however, they aren't considered the answer to some b/c they don't show cellular immunity. That is, a dog can be protected (by cellular immunity) with a low titer (humoral immunity). So, something to study...
