Hmm...Joey will sometimes do that, when we get in his face just to annoy him...he's not huge on the kisses unless you do something nice for him (yes, my dog rewards me with kisses...seems kinda backwards that he rewards me...) or he's waking you up, and sometimes when we try to make him kiss us, he will struggle. is he super cuddly or more independent? It could just be his personality, that he doesn't like people in his face or his space. Is he simply avoiding eye contact? Making eye contact is a form of dominance, so maybe he's just trying to avoid that cause he knows you're the boss? Good luck with everything! |
