Our little 6 month old used to be a good little eater. We have always fed her science diet small bite pup and she's had no problem. In fact when we fed her she would get all excited and devour the food. Lately though(I'd say the last couple weeks) she won't eat all her food. We didn't change the amount or time she just won't eat it. We noticed about the same time that she was loosing teeth like crazy so we figured the food was to hard. We would wet it down with some water to soften it and that helped for about a week and now it's the same results. Her breakfast will literally sit there all day without her barely touching it. She will eat but not like she used to. We have noticed that if we have her do obiedience and give her a couple pieces of her food as a reward she'll eat the reward then run to her bowl and grab a couple more bites from her bowl but then stop. Is this a stage or result of her age? She has been acting normal otherwise and weighes about 4.25 pounds. She additionally will eat her treats from potty training as well (only given when she goes #2).
