To be a little more specific, some Biewer clubs do not believe it's a true Biewer unless both sides trace back to Germany, these clubs also do not believe in breeding Biewers and Yorkies together anymore. Other clubs believe in Biewer to Yorkie breeding and see no difference between the Biewer and the Parti.
