A friend of mine has used it since her dogs were puppies. She is also a vet tech. and says her one dog, 12 years old, has clean teeth and healthy gums. His last health check up, the vet said he it looked like a dog of about 6 or 7, not 12. She also adds things to it. Veggies and raw meat they are having for dinner. They use Embark or Preference.
I am researching it myself. A little pricey, but advise from her I respect.
