ok it is just a sensitive area is all as dex had crusty nostril and that can be dry eye, lupus, or just dry skin and to determine lupus they do a biopsy of nostril and derm told me it is very sensitive area
Lupus is auto immune and steroids are used for it - I would find out all the things it could be and see what treatment was and if no real treatment other than what you are doing with steroid use etc so then you can make decision from there. I am curious to see what this could be since dd has something similar and derm said first rule out thyroid so going this week for blood work
