Lamb and beef fillet are what mine like raw. Usually I just sear off the two sides just to warm it up and then leave the rest raw. I eat my steaks "Pittsburg-Blue" which is almost steak tar-tare, so they eat theirs the same way. Cooking denatures proteins and complicates their digestibility for not only humans, but for dogs as well.
