by the way, when my pup would have an accident in the house, i would make her look at it, and i would soak it up with papertowels. i would say, "OUTSIDE!" and then i would take the pee soaked towels and the pup outside and sit the towels on the grass where i wanted her to go - i would put her down and she would sniff around at the towels.

i read somewhere to do this and i think it works. she ALWAYS has accidents by the door and she just looks at me as if to say, "don't you know i need to go out?"
