According to my vet the pill (Iverhart) is more compressed than the Heartgard and it might have been "too much" (the dosage) for my dog.

I was wondering if anyone else had had this problem. I have spoken since with several people whos dogs had a reaction to Iverhart. Was it the Plus or Max that your Yorkie had? Last year Lexi did ok on the Inverhart Plus other then I had to make sure she had a full tummy or she would vomit.
She was pretty miserable for a whole night. I felt so bad for her and mad that I did not notice they switched her.
