I actually filed a report. I knew that they had not taken in the adults because they had become flea infested and had horrible bowel issues. Lucky for me they lived in a large city that paid attention to what I had to say. Both animals were removed. This was years ago... I was pregnant with my 2nd child... and she had to be put down the day after I gave birth. Can you imagine my emotions with all those hormones?

and yes - states have laws - but we all know how those are - not very enforced when it comes to animals |
