Little stinker! I know mornings are rough because you have things to do inside to get ready. Would you be willing to wake up 20 minutes earlier so that you can take Bailey out for a full 20 minutes? I've learned that exercise is a great way to get them to go. Walk, or play with her and after a while, she won't be able to hold it. I know it sounds bad, we have to trick them into going where we want. But it works and with praise she will catch on. Don't get discouraged!
