My vet recommends NOT vaccinating again after the first booster for ANY toy breed. My vet also does not recommend titering. A low titer does not indicate non-immunity and re-vaccinating may not increase the titer level at all.

All indications on testing done is that for toy breeds (especially pups well under 10 lbs), lifetime immunity is achieved.
