As Mardelin mentioned, there is YTCA.org for the yorkie club in the USA. Some Canadian members are there.
Canadian Yorkshire Terrier Association is the Canadian breed club.

It would be a good idea though for you to read the information about yorkies on both of those sites as you can learn a lot there.
