A yorkie has not ever had a hieght limitation. What it should be is a well balanced looking dog. The standard as stated above is not to exceed 7 pounds. Some will be smaller and some larger. Pomeranians or Toy Poodle can also have varying sizes too. You will never know what size she's going to be until she is full grown. You'll more than likely have to start with smaller size clothes and carrier and replace them as she grows....The yorkie breed is very unpredictable....so many factors go into them.
