I think she has already been sold. If you are looking to rescue one that is in need there are plenty in your area. Yorkies are in shelters all over the state of TX (yes I looked
) and there are not enough room in the rescues. There is also a little girl in Canton OH that is in a kill shelter looking for a home. Take a look at her too.
