Really? Now I am curious about Texas law. Down here I see people advertising puppies at 5 weeks that are ready to go. I've even read an ad where the seller claimed that puppies bond better with their owners when they are taken home before 6 weeks
If anyone has any info on Texas law regarding the age that a puppy can be sold please let me know!
