It's usually the cost of the spay and a dental. It can vary if she had a sec, didn't need a dental etc. But you are correct. Tonia Holibaugh (breed handler), has the info on her website.
I've known of plenty to go to "home" without a fee.
Not to say a fee is never given. It's just all about finding the right home. It's a hard decision to find that perfect home. It's all about the dogs best interest for some people.
You don't have to guess what kind of coat you are going to get.
