Hello,

My 11 month old female yorkie has this disease, she is small, less than 5 pounds. I can tell that she is in pain. I went to the vet and they said that they could do surgery that would cost $1,000 to $1,500.

I do not have this type of money and was wondering if there are any organizations, vets that would do it for less or even any organizations that could help with the expenses.

I live in Pennsylvania.
